Return & Exchange

Overview

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Any item which is defected, stained, or not as promised can be returned or exchanged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The claim must be made within 5 days counting from when it was delivered.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Duration & Validity

  • Our returns and exchange policy lasts 5 days from the date your order is delivered.
  • If 5 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange (except in cases where the product is faulty, stained, or not as described).


To be eligible for a refund/exchange/return on a defected item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Complaints about missing items will be needing an unboxing video of opening the package.

2. Eligibility

  1. Any hijabs which are defected, stained, or not as promised can be returned and exchanged.
  2. It must be returned in original packaging.
  3. Hijab caps and niqabs are not exchangeable or returnable due to hygiene reasons (unless the wrong or a faulty item is received).
  4. Items will not be accepted if they are stained, soiled, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  5. Returns/exchanges are not offered due to color or material dissatisfaction, as shades may vary slightly due to lighting/photography. Customers are requested to carefully read product descriptions (size, fabric, color, etc.) before checkout.
  6. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Process of Exchange
Once your exchange is approved, please send the exchange items back at our Karachi warehouse with your original order ID mentioned clearly on top of it. The items should reach us no later than 7 days after your request has been approved.

We’ll issue you a voucher of the scarves amount after inspection that you can use at any of your future purchases.
Expiry will be up till a period of 1 month.

For an exchange to take place, the item(s) must be in the same condition they were delivered in with all their packaging and/or tag(s) intact. Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated and will be charged for shipping the items back.

Customers are responsible for any courier charges incurred during the exchange process due to change of mind.

The entire end-to-end process might take up to 15-20 days. 

Color issues

All LCD displays are calibrated differently hence we cannot guarantee how the color looks on our screen, whether viewed through a laptop or cell phone device, matches exactly what’s displayed on your screen. All display screens deliver a different display experience hence exact color representation to real life is often difficult.

Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match. The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control.

Please refer to our instagram stories and video posts whenever you’re looking for more angles. You may also contact and provide pictures of your dresses for assistance.  

Please don't mistake the color name to what you think it might look like. For example a color named Ruby might not exactly look like the Ruby lipstick you have. Similarly, if two products are names Ruby, they may not be exactly the same color as it would depend on the material/design they carry. You may always contact our customer support for similar queries.


Non-exchangeable items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Namaz Chadars, Kids Scarves, Gift Boxes and accessories such as pins, underscarves, scrunchies, niqabs and niqab sets cannot be returned or exchanged.
